Climbing (Trad) 45:00 [2]
Trad climb in Avon Gorge, the historic & classic HVS, "Malbogies", finally I lead the lot. My first proper "Hard Rock" tick. First climbed in 1957 by a very young, unbearded & not yet famous Sir Christian Bonington. https://www.ukclimbing.com/logbook/crags/avon_gorg...
With Robyn, a hong kong unemployed lawyer who climbs a lot harder than me but doesnt' lead trad.
Very happy, esp as it rained on pitch 2. Had intended to do another route, same level (5a), but rain & sudden cold stopped play at 4:30pm. Home.
Need a rest , as quite a bad night last night - as usual, following road TTs.
