First morning of holiday & drizzling, so took off from gite with map of Rocher d'Elephant, and the terrain was awesome - superb. Was mainly on paths but later on went into the terrai & it was as good as Portugal.

Tired tho & had to save myself for further activity of a bouldering nature later.

First day at Fontainbleau bouldering with Lynne, Liz & Nellie. Excellent but technical, & got tired quickly for the run & journey yesterday.

Note: RH elbow bloody bad this morning - just before a climbing (bouldering) holiday - great. Make it into an O training camp instead? with occasional bouldering?

Indoor bouldering at Bloc, with Lynne, hard sesh, did lots of reds together & (with beta) my first ever blue! I could not repeat it, but only tried once to repeat it.

RH inner elbow / forearm a bit grumbly, how boring. who knows what that could be.

Good tho. 3 mins of planks (ouch) at end. I am so weak & lack core.

Pacey run as cold & shorts wasn't a good idea! Tried to run in the sunlit parks.
Eastville parkrun-esque

A few accelerations as i went along, just because. Hoped to break 30 mins for 4 miles & reached that point in 29:36

LH thigh a bit annoying. More rehab needed.
