(steep route and bypass all peaks out via gulch, hit all peak tops on return).

I didn't sleep well because my elbow was throbbing most of the night, but I felt like getting out for at least a light workout. Very windy, but good to get out.

Good run up sidewinder even though I was still sore from yesterday's run. Then on the way down but slid my bike out on Crestline Trail going too fast on new tires and scraped up my right hip a little and my right elbow pretty bad, (the 3 deep gouges required 10 stitches).
Sidewinder TT: 11:20

Riding the trail and terrain tracks at the Velopark
W/ Pam, Barb, & Cahill, Pack, Specialized Stumpjumper Full Suspension
It should be a rest day, but I wanted to check out the new trails at the new Boise Velopark. We just goofed around and rode some of the new trails (my legs felt like rubber after this weekend of riding) and then did the pump track and the easier downhill course 4 or 5 times.
