I did a hilly run on treadmill today. It rained all weekend here. There was no decline on the hotel treadmill so I just did the following:
Warmed up 10 minutes to 8:30 pace.
Slow incline hill for 20 minutes and increased every 0.5 every few minutes up to 7% then did 0% for a few minutes then slowly went up again but faster so hill I went up to 6% then came down. that was about a 10 minute hill stretch. then I did one hill at 6% 7:30 pace for 90 seconds. then finished up run. felt great today.
