yoga & core 1:00:00 [3]

I did hot yoga (on my balcony for 30 minutes!) and core for other 30 minutes. Legs a little sore today but a good sore. I'm excited to see how marathon goes. I think I can break a 3:30 marathon. that's my new goal. =) I know I can't PR. My paces aren't there. it's OK. depending on how Sean Obrein goes, maybe i'll work on PR for next year.
