Started my monthly yesterday when I was going to do this work out and just slept. (I get such bad fatigue the day that thing starts). I was tired today but not as bad. Warmed up 15 minutes and then did the 5 x (6 minutes at 8:49 pace 6% with 2 minutes at 0% grade and 9:05-9:30 pace). then easy 15 minutes.
