I had to do on treadmill in gym because of storms. It's raining a lot here today. It was much easier with AC!!!! I warmed up 10 minutes then at 10 minutes left to go felt good so increased pace every 2 minutes to 8 pace. I was getting bored looking at a garden. =)
Wow, it's very humid here. Like 80-90% forgot how thick that air is. not super easy to breath when it's thick like 90%! Went to do 2 hours and was just too tired so stopped at 1:10:00. I'm hydrating more and will go early this Sunday AM and do run 1 then 2 tomorrow.
Marathon paced "half and half" workout that I did on my treadmill. Felt great today. After a brief warmup run for like 7 minutes, I did 30:00 at the marathon hill 9:20 at 4% and then another 30:00 at the flat marathon pace of 8:20. Then jogged.
