Going for a run now. Legs feel heavy but I was up a lot traveling back - little sleep. Slept 13 hours straight last night, 8PM until 9AM. woke up and now will attempt my 90 minutes easy. i think i can do it. =)

I couldn't. I am exhausted. I felt like it was wake up run. walked at one point at like 1.7 miles out and realized i was dead so turned around, jogged home. Sorry. My stomach is fine now - no more vomiting or diarrhea. i'll be fine tomorrow I think.

We hiked hills around Ubud today for over 2 hours today.


I ate something bad - have been ill with GI issues - diarrhea, some vomitting - for 2 days. Have not run. Started Cipro. =( Started Wednesday, was in bed thursday at hotel and now flying home. Puked on my flight! what a disaster being sick with GI illness on international flight.

We are taking 2 hour bike tour of Ubud on outskirts to see rice fields etc. We walked about 4 hours yesterday and walked about 2 hours today.

It's hard to run here due to no sidewalks and beach here has no boardwalk. Went to gym - one treadmill and full. So I took off my shoes and ran out 30 minutes and back 30 minutes in sand. it was great workout. It's much easier to run around Nusa Dua - large sidewalks that are safe on resort area.
