I walked 30 minutes, then lifted weights with my trainer - lots of jumps, squats, lunges, burpees. Then i jogged 30 minutes easy afterwards.

Did work out as written except went beyond 60 minutes so i could get to 7 miles. not by much though. felt good today

Warmed up and ran outside then did 4 x 0.5 miles with 2 minutes Easy. took longer to warm up but i felt good doing work out and after. finally legs are awake. =)
