oh no, well, mississippi humidity got me. I jogged recovery run saturday and flew to new orleans then drove to my parents about 2hours. did not sleep saturday for a few reasons. woke up 7am central time and then was so tried crashed at 11:30am and slept 2.5 hours. I tried to get a run (hill run 8% at 1 min) but could barely get a run in. I was dead. no good. so i decided monday was gonna be a new week and i took an 1/2 ambien to sleep sunday night.

Very slow run. range between 10:30s to 12s when I started out but it's always up a slow incline from my house. no flat in my area and i didn't want to do it on treadmill. i did 10 minutes of foam roller after on my legs. feel good, legs tired. =)

What a great long run. I felt great. I ran 1:50:00 outside 13 miles. I ran trails and road with hills and walked up hill a few times. Then came home and finished up on treadmill 1:10:30 (i wanted 7.5 miles so went another 30 seconds). I ran most of the time. Walked maybe 10-15 minutes total up hill fast at 4.3 on treadmill not sure what pace outside. I drank total 32 ounces of low cal gatorade (i hate all that extra sugar) and then water.

Warmed up 15 minutes then did 4 strides. At 20 minutes, I did 25 min at 7:42 pace. Felt great. then jogged 9min mile. 9:20 felt soo slow. too slow. it felt easy at 9s so just did that.
