Felt great today. I had to rest on Saturday. I felt very very tired. I think the stress of the election and doing a lot last week caught up to me. I missed a 45 minute easy jog but did an extra walk/weights session to ease my mind. I feel a lot better today.

I warmed up starting at 11 min miles and increased to 7:30s and cooled down 5 minutes. Sore from weights yesterday!

I did 12% grade, first 15 minutes at 4.0 next 10 minutes at 4.1 and then ended last 5 minutes at 4.3. not bad. I think i can do whole 30 at 4.3 so i'll do that next time at 12%.
