I walked for hours in San Fran Friday. wow, super hilly and was sore all weekend!! my butt really. I walked 8 miles for maybe 5-6 hours? it was all day pretty much.

The only reason I did this today as it was supposed to be the only NON rainy day in Berkley for weekend. So i did in Berkeley Hills. felt kinda hard but hills and not doing a day later or two likely did that.
Run (Run # 2 for this week) 50:00 [3] 6.0 mi (8:20 / mi)
warmed up then did easy at 9 min/mile for 5 minutes; 8:13 for 5 minutes and 7:30 pace for 5 minutes. next set 9 min/mile; 8 min/mile and 7:30 pace. Last set 8:30 easy; 7:50 pace marathons; 7:20 pace for tempo and last 2 minutes at 7 pace. ;)
