I had a horrible work week - was called on two separate court cases for STAT reports. that has never happened. ever. worked monday - wednesday 7am - 11pm. I stand at work and at home to work. I was only able to jog/walk with yogi twice a day when i walked him.
I was done 3PM on Thursday but was completely spent so I stretched and got a 2 hour massage. Friday - today - felt back to normal with energy levels. So I ran run # 2 tempo. I was confused (brain tired) on directions so I did this:
Warmed up 15 minutes then did:
10 minutes at 8:20
6 minutes at 7:40
3 minutes at 6:58
2 minutes easy at 8:30 (this felt really easy today)
4 minutes at 8:00 - felt too easy
6 minutes at 7:45 then got to 7:30s
2 minutes at 7:30
2 minutes at 7:15
2 minutes at 7 pace
1 minute at 6:50
2 minutes at 6:40 pace
then did 15 minutes at 8s.
then i stretched and did weights and core
felt great today. i will not miss a whole week again. really pissed about that.
