I was on my cycle this week, pretty tired but pulled through. I ran out to trails and did rolling hills making sure to keep running. my slowest hill was 12 min mile. so getting better! I used too have to walk those!

Warmed up 15 minutes and did a few strides; then ran 7:19 pace for 25 minutes and ran for 55 minutes total. I am on my monthly cycle so felt tired but got it done!
