I warmed up 15 minutes with about 4 strides. Then at 9:05 pace I did 26 x (1min at 8%; 1min at 1%). there were 2-3 hills I did 2 minutes straight as I realized I would go over the 60 minutes by like 10 minutes or something like that. Then I did leg weights.

I was tired today for who knows why! It took me 15 minutes to warm up and wake up! I did easy pace at 9; marathon pace at 8 pace and tempo pace I started at 7:30 pace and every minute increased by a few second since I felt like my tempo should be at 7 pace but i was just tired today. completed the work out and cooled down a mile.
