walked a lot and stretched, did core work. my calves and ATibs were super sore today so iced, heat, stretched etc.

I got lost and ran off course. it was also a very technical trail(s) so lots of rocks. I hiked a lot as I went out too fast and got a little tired. So I did about 28 miles total. whoops.
