Treadmill workout again - I forgot to mention it was 10-20s on friday and saturday so i ran / workout INSIDe on treadmill as I did today. warmed up 10 minutes and did random 1 minute hills. I did 12 hills today ranging from 4% up to 12%.

Slept 12 hours straight! felt great today. Warmed up 10 minutes then did 4 sets of 10 minutes marathon pace at 7:40 today (yeah i know!); 5 minutes easy at 8:30 pace. I felt great today. 12 hours of sleep is AMAZING.
