Ran hills in Red Rock today. I ran out of Tailwind early and the last 1.5 miles down hill my legs felt so heavy! but overall I did good. I ran the whole time!

I was tired today so it felt like a hard workout the whole time. I got up to 8.5% and did the same first two sets. Last set at the last of the 2 minutes at 7% I felt nauseous so i went back to 0% for 2 minutes and then did the last 2 minutes at 8% grade first minutes and 8.5 last minute. cooled down.

Warmed up 15 minutes with strides and did 25 minutes at 7:03-6:58 pace. felt good, and 8 min pace felt nice after that so ran that with spurts of 6:40 until done.
