I was tired today so it felt like a hard workout the whole time. I got up to 8.5% and did the same first two sets. Last set at the last of the 2 minutes at 7% I felt nauseous so i went back to 0% for 2 minutes and then did the last 2 minutes at 8% grade first minutes and 8.5 last minute. cooled down.
