Warmed up 5 minutes / 1/2 mile then did squats and stretched/massaged my calves. Start at 10 min miles and worked up to 6:40 pace last minute. 5 minutes easy. then did 1 min at 8:20 pace at 8% then 2 minutes at 0%. great work out. i felt great.
