I was exhausted today. I set out to do my long run and just felt weird. I was pretty jet lagged and felt light headed. My legs felt heavy and just weird. I did as much as I could.

The morning before I flew back, it was super icy and there was one road that is heated and it's a straight up hill so I ran it about 4x. it was hard. then traveled about 24 hours home. (back in time!)
