Jackson MS sucks. my friend bailed on me to run with and I didn't have a car so ran some busy streets. I really just wanted to go home. I am not happy with this past weeks training at all.

I was tired after my lecture. My conference was in Mississippi this weekend and I was up at 6:30 am (4:30am vegas time) and working until about 4pm. i got as much as i could muster today in. was planning on doing run 2 and just felt tired. ran 45 minutes and walked uphill 15 minutes.

The goal today was to get up early and do my long run. My Wednesday alarm for 5am was set. i didn't know it only goes off on Wednesday. fuck. So i combined run 4/5 and will do my long run in Jackson MS Sunday AM. there aren't many hills.

Started my monthly yesterday when I was going to do this work out and just slept. (I get such bad fatigue the day that thing starts). I was tired today but not as bad. Warmed up 15 minutes and then did the 5 x (6 minutes at 8:49 pace 6% with 2 minutes at 0% grade and 9:05-9:30 pace). then easy 15 minutes.
