I was so tired today. I toughed it out. slower long run than usual. I probably should have done this Sunday. ran some new trails lots of hills.

Not sure why i'm up a few pounds this month but i am. Warmed up 15 minutes then did 8 x (90 seconds at 7:40 at 4% grade and 2 min easy at 8:50) and then jogged in out.

2 x ( 5 min at 8:49 pace; 5 min at 7:48 pace; 5 min at 7:19 pace)
2 x ( 5 min at 8:30 pace; 5 min at 7:42 pace; 5 min at 7:09 pace)
cool down a few minutes!
