4*800m, jogging 400m as rest. It was wet out. Soaked legs made the intervals feel a similar speed to my jogging. At least I had a chance to practice mental fortitude.
Goals for this week: - Stretching, core, mental training + tactical training 1+ time this week - Focus on Good orienteering rather than fast orienteering at WET - Review/discuss decisions made at WET after running
Run at Belcara with Pia. Check her log for potential GPS route. I spent most of run running through the slightly thicker bush beside the trail so that Pia and I were closer in speed
Second ski of the season. Had daylight so I had access to the upper trails. Skied 90% of the trails on the mountain and hiked to the top. If the conditions had been worse, I may have gotten bored because I know the trails so well. However, Conditions were beautiful and I had a great time
Biked to work but got flat tire on way home. Ate dinner when I got home and then put off going for a run and never got out the door. - Need to make sure this doesn't become a recurring tendancy
