Fist time since I got back from WUOC that I was running easily and at a good clip. Between getting home late, dealing with dinner prep + cleanup I didn't get out for the run until 9 pm. Proud to have extended my planed 40 min run by 10 min and that I did core for the first time in ages.
Running Heavy course - could see the features from way off. Treated it like a sprint relay - tried to push the pace, read the control codes (off the map's control description), and made sure I was refolding the map before hitting the control.
Point to point race in Stanley park. Enjoyed myself but had a couple of annoying minor bobbles considering it wasn't a particularly challenging course (technically)
