I just want my ankle to get better now this is really annoying. Haven't been able to run at all, all i can do is gym which isn't so bad but i feel that im losing my fitness and fast. Hopefully it gets better soon so that i can start training for South African Champs, really looking forward to that :) its going to be awesome haha. But i have to say that my ankle is getting much better, from not being able to walk on it at all, now i can walk perfectly on it but i cant run yet, such a slow process hay! WOW. Yeah so im really keen for the end of this years events when i will be fit and ready...... HOPEFULLY!!!
