Ran hylands trails HILLS dirt paths, about 1/4 paved bike path or road, learned a lot today! Didn't walk much, on upholds that were too steep to run (like ski hill) otherwise after about 5 hrs it hurt more to walk than it did to run...did 200-250 cal/hr seemed to work fine. Surprised myself by being able to do it. That's farther than I've ever run ;-)
