Note

I have figured out the Strava app: The app decides when I am not moving and "pauses" during those times. This means the final time it provides is not all of the time I took, but all of the time I was moving fast enough to be considered moving. I will account for this by starting my timer on my watch as well. I do think this is useful information, so, although it was annoying when I didn't know what was going on, I am pleased with it now. The next thing to figure out/fix is why it doesn't start recording my gps and time when I press start, but a few minutes after that.

Very fun score-o at university of maryland campus. I ran while Boris walked with the baby and beast. I was happy to get all of them and to have made only one major mistake. I was less happy to lose to Peggy by 2!!! seconds. (Although, I am pretty pleased to be in contention at all.) Very fun event.

Today we drove to the rcp entrance. I felt like it was considerably harder, but I am guessing that is because I still carried the baby, but boris got the dog to pull him. Beautiful day and nice to be out as a family.

My GPS track says 14 km, but there is no way. Does anyone use an Apple Watch 2 and strava? Are there any bugs or settings I need to change? I would love to be able to trust my data. The track looks right and the time is right, but the distance is off. Weird. Anyway... beautiful day and a delightful hike.

My back and hips are sore. I may have overdone it on Tuesdays walk. It felt good to get to the gym, the first time I've been to this gym since we moved apartments.
