Got out before the rain. Felt much stronger than the last couple of hikes... I must be recovered from my cold.

5 minute warm up. 20 x 30 s on, 30 s off. 5 minute cool down.

Dropped the baby off and left while she was still crying. When I got back she was perfectly happy... playing with toys and watching the other kids. This is as much (or more) of mom training as baby training.

I took Inara to the YMCA. The woman at the day care gave me homework: bring Inara in every morning to get her used to the daycare setting. Leave for 30 minutes and extend from there.

This is a good assignment. It will get me out the door, to the gym, and give Inara the opportunity to get used to situations and people she isn't used to.

I did 20 minutes of elliptical.
