I had a fitness evaluation scheduled for today, an appointment that claimed to take 45 minutes. I expected this to include a workout of some sort.

Instead, the guy asked my height and weight, measured my blood pressure and body fat, and gave me my BMI. Then we were done.

Not prepared for a workout on my own (no headphones or plan), I pieced together a short jog on the treadmill, short lifting session, and short elliptical.

Slow, but the first one in a long time, so I'll be happy with it.

Hike with Inara in the backpack and Barnacle leading the way. It is his adoptaversary and the weather was perfect, so I wanted to make sure to get him out.

Side note: My hike was in the perfect summer weather, but it is the end of February. I'm thrilled today, but definitely live in the wrong climate.
