13:00 beat, carrot, wheat grass juice 24oz. Pita bread with cream cheese.

yellow squash, salad, tuna, light olive oil.
yogurt, pb and figs for filling desert.
espresso shot to get through rest of work.
10:30 Healthy chocolate bar/ scoop of peanut butter. hungry. tea.
