long night. at least the er had a comfy sleeping area. didn't get home and in bed until 2am.
7:00: eggs, cheese, spinanch. tj sm. bag nuts 1.5.
10:30: Green drink: spinach, 1/2 avo. walnuts, water, lemon. good shit
13:00 1/2 burrito, chips. Work provided lunch. A couple dried apricots. probably too many chips. Damn provided lunches. brought my own which was better, but burritos were delicious.
14:37: Chips and coffee before staff ride
17:00: Green drink. Lots of nuts. 1.5 glass of wine. Probably too many nuts. snaked on throughout night, bed by 830pm.
