A beautiful hike at Chester Lake, with Mom and my sister.
The views were absolutely breathtaking!

A group hike up Ha Ling. Rather slow going but still awesome to be out and getting a workout. The trail was icy and once we got above the treeline, it was very windy and even started to snow. Didn't stay too long at the top.

This was one of the hardest workouts I've ever done!
4x15sec, 4x30sec, 4x45sec, 4x1min and reverse...all at max effort, all uphill.
Needless to say, I felt like throwing up afterwards...

Trail Culture 'Adventure' run - we went up the Cougar Creek, all the way till we could go no further. There were creek crossings, ice running, rock jumping, etc. A bit tricky with spikes on, plus I hit myself with one of the spikes in the ankle....ouch!
Fun run nevertheless :)
