I felt guily for not being active yesterday so I went for a short run. From our place up to the Powerline trail and along it...well, that was a mistake! The mud is up to the ankles and when I run to the side, I was stuck in burrows:) No point of turning around, so I powered through till first exit and onto the road and back home.

It was supposed to be 2min 'slow', 2min moderate and 2min fast x8, with no breaks, but at some point I missed count and just did my own thing, tried to alternate between moderate and fast.
Super hard workout with no breaks!

New trail tonight, I also joined the faster group - I could barely keep up!

A great run with Carbon on the Horseshoe Loop. The trail was a mix of mud and ice, Carbon was using her best dance moves in some spots:)
It felt like Spring today. Time to start carrying bear spray as the Boss is out and about (the biggest and best known of the Bow Valley grizzlies)
