Trail Culture run
We had about 15min warm up on the Horseshoe Trail then climbed steadily for about 30min - hands on your knees kind of steep. The 'good' thing about being super slow and dead last is that my workout ends up being a bit harder, since I don't get to rest: the group waits and rests, and the moment I reach them, they take off again:)
Once we got to the top, it was awesome, tiny single track along the side of the mountain and super fun, long dowhill to the parking lot.
