Trail running 1:00:00 [3]
shoes: Salomon Speedcross 3 Pro

After dropping Amik at the airport, I was eager to get my city errands done and get back to the mountains. Carbon made my day when she suggested we go running:) Fun run on the Horseshoe Trail.

Trail running 55:00 [2]
shoes: Salomon Speedcross 3 Pro

Morning run on the Nordic Centre trails, with Amik on the bike.
There were few melt downs, so we didn't go for as long as planned, but it was still awesome.

Biking 40:00 [1]

We rode downtown to watch the parade, stopped at the playground and were going to ride to Quarry Lake but Amik got a flat....We pumped the tire but within minutes it was flat again....I guess a new tube is needed.

Canoe paddling 45:00 [1]

It didn't look too windy but when I got to the first bent, I got spun around and hit the bank:) I continue on for a bit but it was too much effort so I turned around and paddled the side creek towards Vermillion Lakes. Then really, really dark clouds got really, really close, so I called it a day:)
Still, so nice to be out!

Trail running (Hiking) 50:00 [3]
shoes: Salomon Speedcross 3 Pro

A rather sluggish run on a very hot day.
Run/hiked up Tunnel then on my secret trail around the Banff Centre and back up to the car. Lots of stops to cool off, there wasn't even a breeze out there, 27C in the shade.

Trail running 1:20:00 [3]
shoes: Salomon Speedcross 3 Pro

A super fun run on a super hot day, with Super Carbon;)
Montane Trail then down on Johnny - I really like this loop. A couple of big climbs along the way, but mostly it's runnable.
The shoes felt great, a bit warmer than S-Labs. Next time I will wear thinner socks.
