A fun run with the Carbons along Montane and down on Johnny. It was raining in the morning but by the time we went out, it cleared up and even sun showed up.

Dirtbag run, along Horseshoe, to G8. Then the workout was 2 long hill repeats. I run a bit and power-hiked what I couldn't run.
Beautiful evening to be out running!

Commute home
They were calling for a warmer day but when I left work, I could feel it was
going to be a cold ride. I had a strong headwind the whole way and it was so cold, by the time I got home I could not feel my hands or feet. Really exhausting ride, I even walked the bike on the last hill, I was just too spent and couldn't care less....
When Amik saw me, he put the kettle on and brought out the warmest blanket, so sweet! :)
