Trail Culture run on the High Rockies Trail, on a rather cold morning.
I turned back earlier as I didn't want to leave Amik for too long by himself.
Gorgeous views of snowy peaks, peace and quiet all around.

A nice hike with Amik up to Grassi Lakes, then he wanted to take Riders of Rohan trail down, which was super fun and we run most of it, pretending we were on bikes.

Tunnel Mountain after work. I got to the lower parking lot and it was completely full! So, I drove to the upper one and started from there. Too many people on the trail for my liking;) I took the 'secret' trail around the Banff Centre and then had climb all the way up to the car.

Carbon gave me a good chase on the last few repeats - didn't know I could speed up that much! :)

Trail Culture run, Montane Trail clockwise, starting from the Cemetery Hill. Lots of uphill this way, walked the steeper parts.
