It's so awesome to have 'crazy' friends around who are willing to join me on these long runs! I so appreciate it:)
Carbon, CO and Stefanie met me at my house and we run up to Highline, all the way down to Quarry and back to my place via Loki. I hiked all the hills, trying to stay consistent in my breathing. Since my hydration pack was underneath my jacket, the water did not freeze this time; I also has some of the home-made protein ball. I felt great during the whole run, I am sure it had to do with the great company, warmer temperatures and awesome trail :)

Dirtbag run; we were supposed to run on track but it was too snow covered so we did the intervals on the sidewalk.

Trail Culture run...brrrr, it was cold! We took the Powerline trail towards Grassi, hard going as it wasn't packed. I felt really tired on this run, so when Jenn wanted to cut it short, I was happy to join her. The group continued on to get a full hour in.

Carbon was brave enough to join me on this one, wasn't as cold as yesterday but still close to -20C.
We did an out and back at the Nordic Centre.
