Trail Culture run at the Nordic Centre. Big group tonight, I was delegated as the leader of the decaf group, I managed ok, didn't get us lost:)

A hike up Ha Ling in gorgeous sunshine. The trail was a mix of ice, slush and mud. Quite windy above the tree line, I made it to the first ridge and turned back.

I stopped at the Nordic Centre for a little extra training time. The lower trails were in great condition, so good to run on soft ground!

Dirtbag session
Starting at the cemetery hill parking lot, 6 loops up to escarpment trail and down the cemetery hill. Short breaks on the top and at the parking lot to re-group.
I only did 3 loops as I had to get home.
