Nice and easy run with David from the Nordic Centre to Banff.
What a coincidence to meet Carbon and Annie half way, on their bike ride from Banff! We chatted for a bit and continued on. No other people on the trail. The worst part is getting to the Golf Course in Banff and running for 5km on pavement.

I took advantage of Local's Special - half price for rental.
As soon as I turned the first river bent, the wind hit and I was spun around. I tried again but the wind won:) I turned back and paddled up the creek. Water levels pretty low but I managed.

Dirtbag session at the Nordic Centre.
Amik decided to join (maybe post-run pizza had something to do with it).
On top of that, he decided to run barefoot and shirtless:) We did figure 8 loops, combination of uphills and downhills. I took it easy and run with Amik most of the time. He had a blast and promised he would join again:)
