Quebexican trail with a group of friends. It was in a decent shape, snow was mostly packed by a fat bike. My energy levels were quite low, so I was slowing down as the run progressed.

Nice and easy run with some friends on the High Rockies trail.
We started from the Goat Creek parking lot, run about 45min out then turned back. We were expecting the snow to be more packed but we were running in ankle deep snow, breaking the trail - hard work:)

Yep, boxing:)
Our running friend Erin is a 7 time Canadian champion in boxing and she is putting out 3 classes to see if there is interest. Well, there is because it sold out in couple of hours of posting. Amik and I were among the lucky ones to get in. So much fun, such a great workout!
We did a warm-up with skipping ropes, then learned some basic foot work and punches.

Nice and easy run with David at the Nordic Centre. We stayed on the upper trails, run all to the way to the meadow and back on the Banff trail. Snow covered but not slippery.
