I had pain last 10 days again in knee so i was not training...I dont want to risk and my friend from sweden told me to do more stretching and it will be good, so from now on i will have every day some sesion of stretching...maybe just that on rest days.. :)
I had call from my friends to go some traditional dance group, and it is good type of training cause there are much changings in rythm. Every time i am almost dead because I dont have energy for whole training :D
good "other sport" for me, I have other muscles active and also in different ways they are working so they are just more and more stronger !
