Today I was little bit tiered, think these 6 days in row are kicking in with training, but still its good to be back. I had energy and everything was fine on training but I guess mu body needs rest. Tomorrow rest day, then another 6 days in row and I will continue like that some time, to see if there is effect.
I love gym and I am feeling good while training, but this running is so long and painful so I guess I need to talk to myself to be better and stronger, like I was long time ago. Have no problem in gym what so ever, always there to push harder and harder.
I am thinking about going to few orienteering competitions until end of year, to see where I am at and then to see growth until start of next season.
