"Long" distance routchoices.
I was racing with girl thah we started training. On every control we were waiting each other then running again mass start to next one.

Was easier to run in forest than on flat. Stil i was walking on hills and at the end but feel more power in legs than before.

Wednesday was okay training...but today was real hell. So hard training...one of best that i had in these 2 3 months.
A lot of legs and cardio it was so much fun.

Today I was little bit tiered, think these 6 days in row are kicking in with training, but still its good to be back. I had energy and everything was fine on training but I guess mu body needs rest. Tomorrow rest day, then another 6 days in row and I will continue like that some time, to see if there is effect.

I love gym and I am feeling good while training, but this running is so long and painful so I guess I need to talk to myself to be better and stronger, like I was long time ago. Have no problem in gym what so ever, always there to push harder and harder.

I am thinking about going to few orienteering competitions until end of year, to see where I am at and then to see growth until start of next season.
