Totally easy training...until last 10mins
We had tabata at the end with workout to chose...so I chose airbike.
Went up to 1200W (i think those were watts) at my work time, and for rest I was just doing noting. Overall nice training for rest, so I will continue this week with all 7 trainings because next week i have 2 races.
Bussines Belgrade run 5k (hope to get at least under 30 with this weight) and Serbian league long orienteering on flat sand terrain. As I am running M21E my goal is just to finish with some "normal" time.
