last run at about 11am - first 2 miles climbing up to Geiger summit, then last 1.7 miles downhill. It was hot and I did walk/run all the way up, but kept steady. Didn't have any foot pain. Wore my brace for all runs and I think that helped. The foot is a bit swollen, but no pain.
