Runners course at Champions Park tonight. They mowed today, making the park more open than usual. Good job by first time meet director Shannon.

Hot & Humid, followed by periods of showers. The U of L students are pretty much finished with their course. So our sprint series will have smaller #'s for the rest of the season.

Got the stitches out today. No hard physical activity until Monday. No paddling until Wednesday. I also have a special bandaid to put on if engaging in hard exercise during the next month.

Results came back from the lab. It was some kind of cyst not sure of the exact term, but I know that it's harmless. It was most likely caused by the trauma of the bite and getting it out.

Just supposed to be careful for the next month. Yea!

Meeting with some of the Girl Scout leadership group tomorrow AM. We are working thru some of the future events that OLOU and the Girl Scouts will be partnering on.

Tomorrow Afternoon - follow up visit to the doctor, hopefully to get stitches out and find out what the tick was carrying that caused the reaction.
