Not good news at the doctor today. My big toes - I have damaged the nails beyond repair. I have lost them too may times.

They need to be removed and some kind of laser treatment that causes them not to grow back. I am weighing the options now. But its a bummer not being able to run due to the pain and after this treatment plus recovery time I should be able to run.

I'm breaking in a new pair of trail runners - 14EE. Plenty wide but stiff. It may take a week to break them in.

Back is not 100% so I will make another visit to the Chiropractor.

I did the 3.2KM Brown course. My rust really showed on number 1. I wondered around for 30 minutes until finally getting my map reading down. After this did fine. Back pain would flare up if I moved too fast, so I walked the whole course. Great weather day, enjoyed being outside!
