Helped out at the OLOU Booth at the Boy Scout get together at Tom Sawyer. They projected about 5000 at the park. We had over a 100 scouts run the course we had set up. I thought it was a good event for us.
Dan Curley ran the booth for us. I thought he did a great job! It was very well set up.

Not good news at the doctor today. My big toes - I have damaged the nails beyond repair. I have lost them too may times.

They need to be removed and some kind of laser treatment that causes them not to grow back. I am weighing the options now. But its a bummer not being able to run due to the pain and after this treatment plus recovery time I should be able to run.

I'm breaking in a new pair of trail runners - 14EE. Plenty wide but stiff. It may take a week to break them in.

Back is not 100% so I will make another visit to the Chiropractor.
