Ran the Green Course at Camp Friedlander. Longer than most at 6.3 KM. I had a fun time going into new areas of the camp for me.

The control #38 featured an impressive homeless shelter. Massive shelter using garbage bags and sticks, with an igloo style entrance. Two long legs on the banks of the Little Miami River. Some real hill climbs on this course. Also crossing the wet creek partially covered with ice twice was interesting.

Continued improvement. I'm still really struggling with the breathing but I did gain more speed. I ended at 8.2 KM/HR this week compared with 8.1 last week.
