A longer course than usual for us on a sprint 3.5KM as the crow flies. Absolutely best weather you can have in Mid June down here. Only experiencing minor nerve pain at this point. Doing the course took my mind off of it. It was good for me to get out and do this. Shingles is all starting to crust over so I have turned the corner.
